All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to all emirates in the United Arab Emirates. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 2-5 business days depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Cash on delivery is available for orders within the UAE, subject to certain conditions and order value limits.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bloomhand.ae with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare and cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of BLOOM HAND or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.
